Using Outlook 2003 SP2. I've designated emails from my boss - let's call him
Richie Cunningham - to arrive in purple in my inbox. They appear properly,
but messages from Richie Rich and Joanie Cunningham also are purple, which I
don't want and haven't been able to find a way to disable. Is this a glitch
in the program not being able to sort correctly with first name-last name or
is there a hidden setting I need to fix whenever I set email organization by
color? Thanks for any help in solving this mystery...
