color calendar items for recipients

Can I color code calendar invitation in Outlook 2007 that show up in color
for recipients?
 
You can categorize the meeting request, and if the recipient also uses OL07
and if she has the same category in her master category list, she will see
her color (not necessarily yours). That is, by using the same system of
color categories, you can color code the meeting request.
