collumn width in tabular layout

I have imported a table from dbase and am trying to set
up a form in tabular layout. Using the wizard, it
initially creates a form that is too wide for the screen,
and I cannot scroll to see the remainder of the form. If
I delete some of the fields so that it can be completely
displayed on the screen, the fields compress for some
reason, and do not display all of the data. I have tried
going back to the table in design layout and played with
the field lengths, but nothing seems to work.

Hi Martin,
your problem is one of design. Tabular formats will
only display a few fields across the page. If you want to
keep this format, try putting fields underneath each other
in the detail section. Also, if you cannot see all the
text, go to properties in design view and put yes in the
Can-Grow and Can-Shrink events.
