collection travsersal snippet?

I'm inundated with duplicate Outlook entries, probably from PDA or
FusionOne synch. Can anyone loan me a snippet of code I can use to
traverse a collection such as contacts or notes to check for duplicates
based on modification date time? I'm a developer but not VBA or Outlook
so starting point would help.
