Collection property, How to?

How can I create a property that returns a collection? For example, a
Person class that has Name and Address properties and allows many user
defined Phone Numbers. e.g Home, Cell, Work, etc.

The most simple is in my opinion to show you the collectionbase class page
on MSDN, in that is a complete collectionclass created that you need. (And
therefore can copy and paste).
