Collapsing and expanding areas within a document

I have created a form with multiple sections and it is very long and not
user-friendly. I want to be able to collapse the sections by using their
main headings as a trigger, so that a user can click on the section that is
relevant to them and fill it out without having to navigate through the rest
of the document.

This form is designed to be sent via email, so I don't think that the
master/sub document feature of Word will help me here, as I only want to send
out a single document.

Any suggestions??

You can use the Document Map feature. If you can use macros in the document,
you can have the Document Map feature turn on automatically when they open
the doc.

There's a sample doc at the very bottom... but I haven't tried that method
with larger, more complicated docs.
