Collapsible Lists

Why do my collapsible lists work when I am working in preview in Front Page
but when I move them to the web server they are already open and don't
collapse. Is there an Internet Option that would affect these collapsible
bullets?

You need to publish or upload the files including the linked JavaScript file (outline.js) in the correct folders
