Col head to repeat @ break

If I set up column headings how can I get these to repeat
at each page break. I know I can print them, but is there
a quick way to copy them so that they show on screen at
each page break please

In Page Setup>Sheet. "Rows to repeat at top"

Enter 1:1(or point to the row) if one row of headings.

Have you tried "Freeze Panes"?

Select appropriate cell, then:
<Window> <FreezePanes>

This would not exactly put your headings at the top of each screen page
break, but would retain (freeze) them at the top row of the sheet as
displayed on the screen, even as you scroll.
