Obviously, it's a virus/trojan.
It seems that your Windows Explorer setting is set to hide the file
extension name.
That file name is really "code.txt.exe", so Windows Explorer hides the
".exe" and displays only "code.txt".
For me, that Windows Explorer setting is considered dangerous since there
are too many trojans/viruses.
You should change that setting if you want to secure yourself.
