code to set page orientation to print form or report

I have a print record button on my form. The form is a too wide for portrait
orientation so I need to set it to landscape in the code. I'd also like to
use code to set some reports for landscape printing. When I do it in the
normal manner and then zip the database to my client, it often "forgets" the
page setup setting. Help will be much appreciated.
 
Forms aren't intended to be printed. That's what Reports are for.
