My add-in MZ-Tools 4.0 (below) has a code templates feature to create your
own code snippets with predefined variables (author, date, procedure name,
etc.) or user defined variables (values are asked when you insert the
template). You can use a selection window, keyboard shortcuts and in a week
expansion keywords too. It's quite cheap and it comes with tons of other
useful features.
