Code reference for option buttons

I need to know how to set properties to an option button. I get to the frame
but after that...?? Ex. forms("frmMain").controls("fraMain").????????

I need it to be set to be enabled/disabled.

TIA
 
Just treat as a text box etc.

frame4.enable = true
frame4.visible=true

etc
