Code for Sticky Notes or PostIt Notes

Hi all,

Everyone knows what a PostIt is. Some people even know that you can
have digital PostIt Notes from 3M...

My Question is - does anyone:

a) know of any code to produce your own Digital PostIts?
b) have any ideas about how one would go about this?
or
c) think that this is not possible?


I have used a database (Console Gateway) where the user can stick a
PostIt-style sticky note anywhere on the client data retreival screen.
I think that this is an awesome feature and I would love my users to
have the same tool.

I am excited already!

If you search something like download.com for "windows postit notes" you'll
get more variations than you can shake a stick at. Some of them are bound
to have an API you can automate, I should imagine.

Thanks Tim but downloading third party applications is not an option
for me here. I on a limited Citrix system - it sucks.
