Code for button to set items to expire after...

Using Outlook 2003. Would like to code for a toolbar button that brings up a dialog asking for date (calendar control would be nice) and time input and then sets the item to expire based on the values input. (A shortcut to View > Options > Delivery Options > check Expires After.)
