Code breaking in Citrix

I have an application in Access 2000 that basically pulls in a user's Excel
spreadsheet, manipulates, filters and sorts the data, and then exports four
new Excel spreadsheets. Works fine on my stand-alone PC.

However, the user is running this on a Citrix Winterm. She starts it, it
breaks at the beginning of a sub, displaying the code window, but no error
message. If I have her hit F5, sometimes it will continue executing just
fine. Sometimes it will come back with "Operation Cancelled."

Does Access not play well with Citrix? Any ideas or suggestions? TIA
 
I use Access and Citrix all day. No problems.
Are you just trying to export the reports or are you exporting and
opening in excel?
Also you are going to have to change the save path. I usually make it
save to the desktop and make the user move it from there.
