Code being Debugged is not most recent

It seems as if my program compiles fine, but then the debugger is clearly not
on the right line (not debugging what I am seeing). Anyone know why this
could happen ?
 
Delete the folder at C:\Documents and
Settings\<%YourWindowsLoginName%>\VsWebCache.

It will be recreated when you next run the app and you should then get the
correct debug information.

I just restarted the machine and I presume it had the same effect because I
seem to be in business again.
