code 10

i recently had a crash and lost everything . i re-
installed most , but my audio won't work . when i try to
start it reads code 10 . i did all the troubleshooting
things , to no avail . the product is creative sound
blaster 5.1 , came installed on the computer . i don't
have the install software , what do i do? help please
