coa sticker comparing for authenticity

HELP,
My sticker passes the authenticity test but when I
run. winver from run the windows registered windows xp is
an oem product and should not be according to the test.
ie.... purchased from hp the sticker has no oem on it but
my computer is running an oem version?????

If you purchased the PC with the OS pre-installed by HP, and the
CoA sticker is affixed to the exterior of your PC, then you quite
obviously have an OEM license. What "test" are you talking about?
