Co Create Instance Error

When I start my computer, I get an error that says:

CoCreateInstance failed status is 0x8007013D.

Any ideas?

Jeff I have same error. Its appearance seemed to coincide with
installation of McAfee and I wonder if it is a conflict between any
anti-virus software and Windows security?
