CNMPV43.EXE Will not shut down when I am trying to shut down or reboot my
system. Often need to "end program" several times before the system will
shut down.

This is apparently a Canon printer driver. I would check with Canon tech
support to see if this is a known issue, if there is a patch,
workaround, etc.
