cmd | at 22:00 shutdown /l /r /y /c

I want to shutdown my computer with the "at" task-command. But i don´t have
the Shutdown.exe on my win2k Prof. PC and i don´t want to buy the "Microsoft
Windows 2000 Profession Resource Kit" for only one command i need.
