cm to inch conversion

How, do you change the margins from cms to inches through
the page set up or any other set up in Excel
 
Look up CONVERT in Help, lots of variations on conversion. In your case

=CONVERT(H7,"cm","in")

LOL, you did what I often do, answered the Subject instead of the question.
I believe this is done under windows>start>control panel, select regional
options (settings),
in the numbers options there is an option to switch between US and Metric
