Cluster restart after failure "generic services"

Hello,

We have a problem, that some resources (generic services)
needs some time to stop in case of failure.

How can we make sure that the cluster service is not
starting the resource in a short time.

Is there anyway to configure a timer vor restart after
failure ?

Maik,

If you leave the resource in an "Offline" state, cluster should not attempt
to restart this resource when starting the cluster service.
