CLSID Excel

What a day, having had to reload the whole of my
computer, I am now getting the following message when I
try to open an excel workbook that I have open many times
before:

MS Visual Basic
'Class not registered'
'Looking for object with CLSID (ac9f2f90-e877-11ce-9f68-
00aa-00574a4f)

HELP

Try reregistering Excel with Windows. Close Excel, then go to
the Windows Start menu, choose Run, and enter

Excel.exe /regserver
