close min/max bar disappeared

close min/max bar disappeared on just one form. I made a backup of the form
awhile back with records, and it has the blue bar at the top with the close,
min and max buttons.

I obviously toggled something.. I was playing with filter by selection and
form. Not a clue what filter by form means, so I'm guessing this is what killed
the bar. I did choose remove filter sort. But it's still missing.

Can't find the help on it. Be nice if that help robot was a bit more intuitive,
ie: playing with the same controls and getting nowhere it pops up a help linked
to what I'm fiddling with..

How do I get the blue min/max close bar back at the top of this form ? I have
to switch to design view to get to the close bar. Or use the file close.

In design view, open the properties sheet for the form. You'll find "Min
Max Buttons" under the Format tab.

In the form properties, check the border style, if it set to none or thin
the button wont be displayed
