cloning PC's

I am setting up a lab of 18 PC's running XP Pro. It is a
school lab for K thru 8th grade. Each PC will be set up to
support a grade as an individual user. I.E. 1st grade
will be login as 1 and password as "read". Each grade
will have it's own desk top setup with appropriate ICON's
background and etc.

Once a machine is set up correctly, how do I copy all the
desk top settings to the remaining 17 computers?

Thanks for any help.
