Clone Windows 2000 Server Disk for backup

I need to clone our windows 2000 server OS hard disk so
that in the event of disk failure I can just switch in
the new disk.
Norton Ghost cannot do this leaving you with a no page
file/login loop.
Anyone know of any way to clone the disk? Command line
perhaps?

It would probably be easiest to make your disks dynamic then create a RAID 1
in disk management. I believe this would give you what you're looking for.
I would recommend several drives in a RAID 5 for several reasons, but if
your have fiscal constraints, software RAID 1 is what you're looking for.
