Usually it is a setting in your Video Cards software.. If ATI or NVidia -

It depends on the card manufacturer. I have a Matrox G550 Dual Head
video card. To change the settings on it, I right-click on the
desktop and select Properties (or go via the Control Panel, Display)
then click the Settings tab, then Advanced.
