Clone a Win XP machine

I just completed one Win XP Home SP1 machine and want to clone it using the
exact same hardware. Of course I purchased a second Win XP Home CD with it's
own license. Is this possible to clone it and activate the second machine
with the new license. Or do I have to build it from scratch and download
all the updates all over again?

Ed,

Yes, it's possible. Here's microsoft's page w/a high
level overview, and some links on it. Not extremely easy,
but, from what I understand, doable.
