Getting some users seeing clocks on both ends of an appointment re-ocurring
and not which is reportedly messing up the way people see the scheduled time
ina shared calendar. Any suggestions thanks in advance

Seeing the clocks is usually controlled by the person. Right-click the
calendar body, choose Other Settings, and uncheck the two "Show time as
clicks" boxes.
