Clips - where are they

Am doing a 2 minute project with about 6 clips imported from a Canon NTSC
ZR60. They are in a collection.
But, I can't find them anywhere on the hard drive. I want to use 1 or 2 on a
website and don't want to put them in MM movie.
Is there a way to find them?
