Clipboard

Where is it in Win XP home? I'd thought I had seen a link to it in start
menu/accessories. If recollection correct, disappeared now. Is there a
utility "clipboard" that can be opened?

Start > run> clipbrd

If you do a Google search you'll see an item 'what happened to clipboard in
XP'. You'll get all the info you need there including how to put it in start
listing.
