Clipboard VIEWER?

Clipboard is intact, of course, but the VIEWER appears to be gone.
A thing of the past, or has something taken its place?

If you got to Start and type in clip or clipbook it brings up the clipbook.
Open that and there is the viewer.

Ahhh sorry, I spoke too soon. That is a viewer installed by Corel Office
12.
