Clipboard Use in XP

I can't use the clipboard in XP, it doesn't work the same
as in Win98. I can send things to the clipboard but am
unable to use them. I can't cut and paste!

You can take two different kinds of screen shots:
A picture of the whole screen by pressing PRINT SCREEN
A picture of the active window by pressing ALT-PRINT SCREEN
Once you capture the screen, paste the same into Paint or Word or something
compatible.
