Clipart pictures coming up as dglxasset instead of picture

When i insert picture from Clipart, it brings up all my pictures as a box
with dglxasset instead of the picture, how do i fix help please

Control Panel | Internet Options | General: Under "Temporary Internet
files," click on "Delete files," then OK.

thankyou for replying. i have done what you said and it is still not
working. It is a new computer, does this mean anything? is there any other
way you know of fixing this. Kylee
