Clipart in Office 2003

I have Office 2003 installed but when using Access I cannot use the clipart
to add pictures to my database any ideas where it has gone??

It works fine in Word but not in Access???
 
It has worked for some but there is still a lot of pictures now that will not
work it brings up a box asking for a location???
