Clipart figures with joints

Has anyone heard of people cartoon clipart figures with
movable joints?

I'd like to position the figure with the mouse.

I really don't want to ungroup, drag, group, ungroup,
regroup,...

I thought I saw someone advertising something like this
somewhere long ago but forgot to note the source.

That's the name of a program that, I think, is made to do this kind of
thing.
