Clip Organizer Error Code 0x8007007F

Whenever i call the clip art from any program (XP Pro,
Office XP Pro) i get this messege.
"Clip Organizer Error Code 0x8007007F"
I found that it is happening to a lot of users.
I could not find anything about it in all the microsoft
data base.
I tried technet and some discussion forums, but no body
seem to know for sure how to solve this.
If anyone happen to know what to do ... Please.
