clip organizer crash

I just upgraded from XP Home to XP Professional and now
my clip organizer is blank and error code 0x8007007F
appears. What happened? Can anyone out there help?

As in clipbook viewer,go to tools,on tools click open,in the new
window,R.click anywhere on the page,select,new shortcut,in the
pop-up,new location field type:C:WINDOWS\system32\clipbrd.exe
