Clip Art

Every time I go to use clip art it goes through an installing process that
takes for ever and it never completes I have up dated every thing and called
a fried to compare his settings and they seem to be the same.
Can anyone help me get this fixed?

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options,
Delete...

Find Mstore10.mgc on your computer, change the file to Mstore10.old. Office will
automatically create a new Mstore10.mgc the next time you use the Organizer.
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (Vista)
or
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
(XP)
