Clients can't resolve msn.com

I have several customers that are having this problem. out
of the blue they started getting the Page cannot be
displayed message when they would browse to www.MSN.com. I
cleared the cache on the server and that fixed the problem
but it happens quite often. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is this W2k or W2k3?

Is Secure Cache Agains Pollution checked?
