Despite MS and Odeusey's instructions, I have been unable
to remove the program files for a software called
Clientman. It does not show up in the add/remove program
files under the control panel. According to the MS error
messages that I receive, Clientman is causing my Internet
Explorer to crash and shuts down my computer.

When I try to remove the files per instructions from MS
or the manufacturer, I get a message box saying that the
system administrator has disabled the regisrty editor
(whatever that is)
Is there someone who can assist in the removal of these
program files called Clientman.

Sounds like a spyware. Go to download.com and get Ad-
aware. It will run a search on yur machine for all
spywares and then remove them. Once installed you'll want
to get an update first. Good Luck!
