The aim:
deploying XP sp2 fr with apps and desktop settings (Default User) on about
30 dell 170L with Intel LOM NIC e100b325.
RIPrep'ed a template machine
First, I couldn't boot=>NIC drivers added to the image.
Then, iastor unexpected error (21) at line 3540
d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\setup.c => added iastor.sys , inf & cat to the
image
Then same error with other files (about 10 errors)=> added too.
In the end : STOP 0x000000BB ( 0x00000003 0xC00000C0 0x0 0x0). At this time
the server logs BINLSVC 1101 when PXE client crashes.
Any help would be greatly apreciated. What I found as well at Dell's MS's
and Intel's is very confusing because it seems to apply to old drivers old
windows (2000server SP less, never 2003 whatever SP, XP noSP or SP1 and so on
) or applies only to unability to boot (first step)
heeeeelp. My users and my boss look me strangely and wonder why the new
machines turn moisting for days when themselves keep on working with their
old PII-64Mo-w95 (if one can call "working" fighting with nowadays huge apps
on such poor machines).
