client-side rules

I'm in a exchange server environment and I need to know
how to set client-side rules and server-side rules. We
use Outlook 2002.
Also, where does outlook stored its client-side rules? in
a .rwz file? I see this file in Outlook 98 but I can't
find it in Outlook 2002.

outlook 2002/2003 store rules in the message store, not in rwz.

Rules are client or server based on what conditions they contain.
