I'm using Outlook 2002 SP-2 on a windows XP system.
Whenever I go to edit my rules, I see a message that states:
"This client rule has a condition that applies to all messages. The action 'stop processing more rules' will prevent all remaining server rules from being carried out. Are you sure this is what you want to do?"
First of all, I have several "client-rules" and I don't see any of them that should apply to all messages. Most of them end up being client only because I want to "look for specific words in the recipients address" in conjunction with other conditions. They are generally very specific and I'm careful to make sure that rule will be the only one that matches the particular class of message I'm interested in. I've tried disabling all client rules other than a single very simple and clear client rule and I still get the message.
Is it just not possible to process a server rule after a client rule?
