Client Error (514)

Hi,
I'm not have much computer knowledge, so it is very difficult for me to understand how to correct something. When I log on to the internet and then try to log on to email or faceboo I get this message: Web Acceleration Client Error (514) - Proxied HTTPS Request Not Supported. What can I do? HELP!!!!!!

what browser do you use? sounds like you have the proxy settings enabled. possibly due to viral activity.
