Client Connection Causes Reboot of Terminal Server.

I

Ian

When one of our server administrators attempts to connect
to the Terminal Server using "remote desktop connection"
it causes the terminal server to physically reset. The
server comes back up without any problems and whilst it
does not always happen it only ever happens for this user.

There is nothing of any help in the event log.

Any suggestions?

What service pack are you running on this terminal server?

If this is a blue screen error, can you disable the
automatic reboot if a STOP error occurs?
