Client cannot find file and folder with DFS

I'm using domain-wide Distributed Files System (DFS) for my company
network. All my clients are XP Pro and when mapped to the DFS root, users
sometime can't see the folders and files of the DFS link.

If you have seen this trouble before, appreciate your help and advise.

Most of the time when they can't see the files or folders in DFS it would be
permissions or name resolution. If it works sometimes, then probably name
resolution.

Just make sure all the servers are registered in Wins/DNS correctly and are
resolvable directly from the client that is unable via the dfs name.
