Client and Server side rules problem

Hello,

I would like to change the way Outlook 2k handles rules. I have several
clients that have chosen to use client side rules rather than server side
rules. Is there a way to change the rules back to server side once you have
elected client side rules? Any help you can provide would be greatly
appreciated.
