ClickOnce Run - doesnt run app

I'm trying to get my first ClickOnce test app to execute and I'm not having
any luck. After publishing my test app via VS to a server running IIS, IE
comes up with the ClickOnce application launch page, but when I click the
"Run" all that happens is it views the application schema, nothing is
launched....

What am I doing wrong, or don't understand about ClickOnce ?

It may be that IIS is not configured properly.

Given were doing this on clean room test machines running "default"
installations of IIS, that would imply that in order to get this to work,
IIS had to be specifically configured, but I haven't seen anything to that
affect.
